温度对水晶蜜柚和三红柚贮藏品质的影响OA
The Effect of Storage Temperature on the Storage Quality of Shuijing Honey Pomelo and Sanhong Pomelo
探究温度对水晶蜜柚和三红柚贮藏品质的影响,确定 2 个柚子品种适宜贮藏温度.将水晶蜜柚和三红柚在 25℃(常温库)、10℃以及 5℃(冷库)贮藏,每隔 15 d 测定果实外观色泽、失重率、可食率、可溶性固性物(TSS)、可滴定酸(TA).结果表明,25℃贮藏的水晶蜜柚和三红柚果实汁胞粒化和果皮变黄时间最早,失重率和可食率最高;其次是 10℃贮藏,5℃贮藏的果实汁胞粒化和果皮变黄时间最晚,失重率和可食率最低;贮藏后期,5℃贮藏的水晶蜜柚和三红柚果实果蒂部、赤道部、果脐部的 TSS、TA 最高,25 和 10℃贮藏的水晶蜜柚和三红柚的 TSS、TA 较低;三红柚汁胞粒化时间比水晶蜜柚早,但果皮转黄和果实 TA 下降更慢.综上所述,低温能较好地保持水晶蜜柚和三红柚果实贮藏品质,其中 5℃贮藏的果实品质最稳定.
To explore the effect of temperature on the storage quality of Shuijing honey pomelo and Sanhong pomelo,and determine the suitable storage temperature for the two pomelo varieties.Shuijing Honey Pomelo and Sanhong Pomelo were stored at 25℃(room temperature warehouse),10℃,and 5℃(cold storage),and the fruit appearance color,weight loss rate,edible rate,soluble solids(TSS),and titratable acid(TA)were measured every 15 days.The results showed that the juice sac granulation and peel yellowing time of Shuijing honey pomelo stored at 25℃were the earliest,and the weight loss rate and edible rate were the highest,followed by those stored at 10℃;the juice sac granulation and peel yellowing time of fruits stored at 5℃were the latest,and the weight loss rate and edible rate were the lowest.In the late storage period,the TSS and TA in the pedicle,equatorial,and navel parts of Shuijing honey pomelo and Sanhong pomelo stored at 5℃were the highest,while the TSS and TA of Shuijing honey pomelo and Sanhong pomelo stored at 25℃and 10℃were lower.The juice sac granula-tion time of Sanhong pomelo was earlier than that of Shuijing honey pomelo,but the peel yellowing and fruit TA decrease were slower.In summary,low temperature can better maintain the storage quality of Shuijing Honey Pomelo and Sanhong Pomelo,among which the fruit quality stored at 5℃is the most stable.
