索道吊椅多工况下风载荷流场数值模拟与优化OA
吊椅是滑雪客运索道主要的运载工具之一,其作为开放式吊具,在运输乘客过程中易受风载荷影响.不同于吊箱形状规整,吊椅形状复杂同时椅罩状态可变,难以直接计算迎风面积.文中基于流体力学仿真,模拟不同状态下吊椅受不同方向、速度风时受到的力及产生的摆角.同时,计算相应受力下不同质量的吊椅产生的倾摆角,通过优化椅罩外轮廓探究椅罩轮廓的几种改进对吊椅摆动的减弱,为吊椅索道安全运行提供参考.
The chairlift serves as one of the primary transport vehicles in ski passenger ropeways.As an open-type suspension device,it remains susceptible to wind loads during passenger transport.Unlike regularly shaped cabins,chairlifts feature complex geometries and variable seat cover configurations,rendering direct calculation of their windward area challenging.Through computational fluid dynamics simulations,the forces and swing angles experienced by chairlifts under varying wind directions and speeds were modeled.Furthermore,the swing angles generated by chairlifts of different masses under these forces were calculated.By optimizing the outer contour of the seat covers,several design improvements were explored to mitigate chairlift oscillation,offering insights for the safe operation of chairlift systems.
