Seasonal Variation in Macrobenthic Community Structure and Its Influencing Factors in the Nearshore Waters of Changjiang,Hainan

为了探究海南昌江近岸海域大型底栖动物的种类组成、物种多样性、优势种、群落结构及其与季节变化的关系,在其近岸海域设置12个站位,于2024年春季(4月)与秋季(10月)2个航次开展大型底栖动物定量与定性采样,分析了群落组成、丰度/生物量、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、Pielou均匀度指数(J)、Margalef丰富度指数(d)、优势种等指标,并应用ABC曲线、海洋生物指数(IMB)、多变量海洋生物指数(IMMB)以及主成分分析(PCA)评估生态质量与环境驱动因子.结果表明:共鉴定出大型底栖动物39种,表现出明显的季节性演替——春季以环节动物为主(占42.11%),秋季以节肢动物为主(占46.15%).春季平均栖息密度与生物量分别为14.51 ind·m‒2与22.45 g·m‒2,秋季分别为13.68 ind·m‒2与26.26 g·m‒2;H′由春季的1.44±0.38降至秋季的0.84±0.44,表明秋季群落简化.IMB与IMMB评估结果显示,12个站位总体以"未受扰动/轻度干扰"和"良/一般"为主,但部分站位在秋季生态质量下降.ABC曲线与其W值结果显示,群落总体未出现极端破坏性扰动.PCA分析结果表明,生物量和栖息密度与化学需氧量(COD)及无机氮浓度呈正相关,而与悬浮物浓度呈显著负相关;悬浮物是影响生态质量的重要压力因子.本研究结果建议,建立基于指示性指数的长期季节性监测与控制悬浮物输入的管理措施,以保护昌江近岸海域的底栖资源和生态功能.

To investigate the species composition,biodiversity,dominant species,community structure,and their sea-sonal dynamics of macrobenthos in the nearshore waters of Changjiang,Hainan,quantitative and qualitative sampling was conducted at 12 stations during two seasonal cruises in spring(April)and autumn(October)2024.Species composition,abundance/biomass,the Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H′),Pielou's evenness index(J),Margalef richness index(d),and dominant species were analyzed.Ecological quality and environmental influencing factors were assessed using ABC curves,the Marine Biotic Index(IMB)and Multivariate Marine Biotic Index(IMMB),as well as principal component analysis(PCA).A total of 39 macrobenthic species were identified,revealing a clear seasonal succession:polychaetes dominated in April(42.11%),while arthropods dominated in autumn(46.15%).Mean inhabitant density and biomass were 14.51 ind·m‒2 and 22.45 g·m‒2 in spring,and 13.68 ind·m‒2 and 26.26 g·m‒2 in autumn.The diversity index(H′)declined from 1.44±0.38 in spring to 0.84±0.44 in autumn,indicating community simplification in autumn.IMB and IMMB as-sessments revealed that most stations were classified as"undisturbed/lightly disturbed"and"good/moderate",though some stations showed ecological deterioration in autumn.ABC curves and their corresponding W values indicated no extreme de-structive disturbance to the overall community.PCA indicated that biomass and inhabitant density were positively corre-lated with chemical oxygen demand(COD)and inorganic nitrogen concentrations,but significantly negatively correlated with suspended solids concentration,identifying suspended solids as a key stressor impairing ecological quality.It is there-fore recommended to establish long-term seasonal monitoring based on indicator indices and management measures to con-trol suspended solids input,so as to protect macrobenthic resources and ecological functions in the nearshore waters of Changjiang.
