城市更新背景下工业遗留地块土壤污染状况调查与风险评估OA

该研究以上海市某社区一个典型的旧改项目地块为案例,综合运用历史资料分析、现场踏勘、人员访谈及系统采样检测等方法,开展全面的土壤污染状况初步调查.研究系统梳理地块内印刷、模具、服装等历史工业活动及前期调查发现的超标记录,识别重金属、挥发性/半挥发性有机物、石油烃和多环芳烃为潜在特征污染物.通过专业判断与系统布点相结合的方式,布设 73个土壤样品点和 9 个地下水监测点进行验证.检测结果表明,尽管地块历史上存在潜在污染源及前期局部超标情况,但本次调查所有土壤样品中检出污染物的浓度均低于 GB 36600-2018《土壤环境质量 建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》第一类用地筛选值,地下水检出指标亦满足相应标准.

This study takes a typical urban renewal project plot in a community in Shanghai as a case.Through comprehensive methods including historical data analysis,field surveys,personnel interviews,and systematic sampling and testing,a comprehensive preliminary investigation of soil contamination status was conducted.The study systematically reviewed historical industrial activities on the site,such as printing,mold manufacturing,and garment production,as well as previously identified exceedance records.Heavy metals,volatile/semi-volatile organic compounds,petroleum hydrocarbons,and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were identified as potential characteristic pollutants.A total of 73 soil sampling points and 9 groundwater monitoring points were established using a combination of professional judgment and systematic layout for validation.The test results indicated that,despite historical potential pollution sources and previous localized exceedances,the concentrations of pollutants detected in all soil samples in this investigation were below the screening values for Class I land use specified in the GB36600-2018"Soil Environmental Quality:Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Development Land(Trial)".Additionally,the detected indicators in groundwater also met the corresponding standards.
