空地一体化的智慧医院低空急救协同架构研究OA

在低空经济与智慧医院建设加速融合的背景下,低空航空器在医疗物流领域的应用逐步常态化.针对低空医疗急救缺乏全流程协同架构的问题,该文基于智慧医院视角,梳理典型场景并构建"院前-低空-院内"协同业务模型.研究提出技术、业务及管理三维分析框架,设计包含感知终端、运行管理、医院业务、协同决策及支撑安全层的五层信息化架构,并阐述任务编排、调度决策与态势感知等关键模块的实现路径.该架构能有效打破信息壁垒,实现多主体高效协同,为构建空地一体化急救体系提供理论依据与实践参考.

Driven by the rapid convergence of the low-altitude economy and smart hospital initiatives,the utilization of low-altitude aircraft in medical logistics is becoming increasingly standardized.To address the current lack of end-to-end collaborative frameworks for low-altitude emergency medical services,this study analyzes representative scenarios from the perspective of smart hospitals and constructs a"pre-hospital,low-altitude,and in-hospital"collaborative service model.The paper proposes a three-dimensional analysis framework encompassing technology,operations,and management,and designs a five-layer information architecture consisting of perception terminals,operational management,hospital services,collaborative decision-making,and security support layers.Furthermore,the study elaborates on key implementation pathways for critical modules,including task orchestration,dispatch decision-making,and situational awareness.This architecture effectively dismantles information silos,facilitates efficient multi-stakeholder coordination,and provides a robust theoretical foundation and practical reference for the development of integrated air-ground emergency response systems.
