基于LabWindows/CVI平台的电动舵机测试系统设计OA
电动舵机是操纵飞行器舵面转动的执行部件,电动舵机的性能与精度关系到飞行器控制系统精度,并直接影响飞行结果.电动舵机测试系统是用于验证电动舵机性能而被设计.通过电动舵机软件和硬件设计,完成电动舵机的指标测试工作.软件设计基于 LabWindows/CVI 平台,可为用户提供友好的图形化界面.硬件设计通过舵机控制和舵机加载 2 个模块完成.通过地面测试,电动舵机的结果满足指标要求,论证该测试系统的可行性.
The electric rudder is an executive component that controls the rotation of the aircraft's rudder surface.The performance and accuracy of the electric rudder are related to the accuracy of the aircraft control system and directly affect the flight results.The electric steering gear test system is designed to verify the performance of the electric steering gear.Through the software and hardware design of the electric steering gear,the index test of the electric steering gear is completed.The software design is based on the LabWindows/CVI platform and provides users with a friendly graphical interface.The hardware design is completed through two modules:steering gear control and steering gear loading.Through ground testing,the results of the electric steering gear meet the index requirements,demonstrating the feasibility of the test system.
