为解决 LED 照明引发人体生理节律紊乱与睡眠质量下降的问题,该文提出一种分场景生物节律调控的 LED 光源设计方案.以深红色、绿光、蓝光、暖白光和冷白光 5 个通道的光谱分布(SPD)为基础,结合 CIE XYZ色彩空间与 IES TM-30 标准及CIES026/E:2018 的生理节律模型,构建合成光谱并采用遗传算法优化,实现日间高显色与夜间场景低褪黑素的目标,引入时间序列+权重平滑更新的控制策略,拓展到全天动态连续的光谱调控,并通过 11名健康被试样本,对比验证、交叉实验与统计检验方法分析验证睡眠质量效果.夜间模式优化后 CCT 2 576.7 K、mel-DER 0.380 0,同时保持 Rf 87.3,且优化光照可能提高深睡眠比例,但对其他睡眠指标的影响有限.

To address the issue of human physiological rhythm disruption and sleep quality decline caused by LED lighting,a design scheme for LED light sources with scene-based biological rhythm regulation is proposed.Based on the spectral power distribution(SPD)of five channels including deep red,green,blue,warm white,and cold white light,combined with the CIE XYZ color space,IES TM-30 standard,and the CIES026/E:2018 physiological rhythm model,a synthetic spectrum is constructed and optimized using a genetic algorithm to achieve high color rendering during the day and low melatonin secretion at night.A control strategy of time series plus weighted smooth update is introduced to extend to dynamic and continuous spectral regulation throughout the day.The sleep quality effect is analyzed and verified through comparative verification,crossover experiments,and statistical tests with 11 healthy subjects.After the optimization of the night mode,the CCT was 2 576.7 K and the mel-DER was 0.380 0,while maintaining the Rf at 87.3.Additionally,the optimized lighting might increase the proportion of deep sleep,with limited impact on other sleep indicators.
