随着 C919 国产民用客机顺利取得适航认证并成功商业运营,我国民用飞机的研制和生产进入到一个高速发展的黄金时期.同时,作为世界第二大民用航空市场,我国对民用飞机的需求增量正不断扩大,发展我国的民机产业也是促进我国整体经济增长的关键因素.传统的民用飞机机载系统研制流程大多定义在分散的文本形式的材料中,而且对产品研发及交付过程中所涉及的过程活动描述不清,对系统及产品的研制流程缺乏正向设计的定义,经常会导致对客户需求传递的缺失或对相关适航条款的符合性难以满足.该文从传统的民用客机研制流程入手,设计出一套集合民用客机飞控系统产品研发及交付流程和过程活动定义的数字化、结构化逻辑过程平台.

With the successful airworthiness certification and commercial operation of the domestically produced C919 civil aircraft,China's civil aircraft research,development and production have entered a golden period of rapid development.Meanwhile,as the world's second largest civil aviation market,the demand for civil aircraft in China is constantly expanding,and the development of China's civil aircraft industry is also a key factor to promote the overall economic growth of the country.The traditional research and development processes for civil aircraft airborne systems are mostly defined in scattered text-based materials.Moreover,the process activities involved in product research,development and delivery are not clearly described,and there is a lack of forward-design definition for the research and development processes of systems and products.This often leads to the loss of customer demand transmission or difficulty in meeting the compliance requirements of relevant airworthiness clauses.Starting from the traditional civil aircraft research and development process,this paper designs a digital and structured logical process platform that integrates the product research,development and delivery processes as well as the definition of process activities for civil aircraft flight control systems.
