农用清选离心风机是联合收获机风筛式清选系统的关键部件,其性能对清选指标有重要影响.国内农用清选离心风机以平直式叶片为主,性能差且效率低.翼扇型农用清选离心风机是未来农用清选风机的重要方向,但在农机应用领域研究较少,缺乏相应的参考依据.文中构建了8 组不同叶片出口角的翼扇型叶轮模型,采用 CFD 数值模拟方法,以风速、全压、全压效率为试验指标,采集并分析了不同叶片出口角对翼扇型农用清选离心风机外特性曲线、截面速度和涡量分布云图的影响,并以效果最佳的叶轮模型进行了台架试验.仿真结果表明:叶片出口角从56.0°增加至 73.5°时,风机内部流场均匀性增加,流动分离现象减弱,叶片表面气流速度增加,且在 70.0°至 73.5°时,风机效率最高达 73.01%,台架试验证明了仿真结果的一致性.本研究可为中国翼扇型农用清选离心风机的自主设计提供参考依据.

The centrifugal fan is a key component of the air-and-screen cleaning system in combine harvesters,and its performance significantly impacts the cleaning efficiency.Currently,the majority of agricultural fans in China use simple straight blades,which result in suboptimal performance and low efficiency.Multi-blade fan is an important direction for future agricultural cleaning fans,but there is relatively little research in the field of agricultural machinery applications,and there is a lack of corre-sponding reference basis.Eight sets of multi-blade fan impeller models with different blade outlet angles were constructed.Based on CFD numerical simulation method,wind speed,total pressure,and total pressure efficiency were used as experimental indicators.The influence of different blade outlet angles on the hydraulic characteristic curve,cross-sectional velocity,and vortex distribution map of the multi-blade agricultural cleaning fan was collected and analyzed.The most effective impeller model was used for bench testing.The results show that when the blade outlet angle increases from 56.0°to 73.5°,the uniformity of the internal flow field of the fan increases,the flow separation phenomenon weakens,and the surface airflow velocity of the blade increases.The efficiency of the fan reaches a maximum of 73.01%in the range of 70.0°to 73.5°.The consistency of the simulation results has been verified through bench tests.This study can provide a reference for the independent design of multi-blade agri-cultural cleaning centrifugal fans in China.
