有机无机复混肥对土壤养分供应和花生产量及品质的影响OA
Effects of organic inorganic compound fertilizers on soil nutrient supply and peanut yield
为探究有机无机复混肥对土壤养分供应、花生产量和品质的影响,本研究以花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)为试验材料进行长期定位大田试验,设置不施肥(CK)、全量普通复合肥(100%CF)、减量20%普通复合肥(80%CF)、全量有机无机复混肥(100%OI)和减量20%有机无机复混肥(80%OI)5个处理.结果表明,相比于100%CF,100%OI和80%OI处理花生荚果产量分别显著提高22.59%和11.30%,80%CF处理在各施肥处理中荚果产量最低,但仍显著高于CK处理;100%OI和80%OI处理花生净收益分别显著提高21.46%和11.19%;100%OI处理花生籽仁粗蛋白、油酸含量分别显著提高1.75个和1.86个百分点,亚油酸含量显著降低0.61个百分点.在花针期,相比于100%CF处理,100%OI处理耕层土壤中硝态氮含量显著增加29.43%;100%OI和80%OI处理耕层土壤铵态氮含量分别显著增加202.34%和84.17%;100%OI处理耕层土壤中有效磷和速效钾含量分别显著提高11.77%和17.15%.在结荚期,相比于100%CF处理,100%OI处理耕层土壤中硝态氮含量显著增加43.17%;100%OI和80%OI处理耕层土壤铵态氮含量分别显著增加14.83%和8.05%;100%OI和80%OI处理较100%CF处理和80%CF处理分别显著提高花生叶片光化学猝灭系数53.62%和20.79%,显著降低非光化学猝灭系数31.93%和21.61%.本试验条件下,全量有机无机复混肥可以显著提高土壤养分的供应强度,满足花生全生育期对于养分的需求,显著提升花生关键生育时期叶片的光合荧光作用,促进干物质累积.本研究结果为有机无机复混肥提高花生产量、提升花生经济效益、改善花生品质提供理论依据.
This study investigated the effects of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer on soil nutrient supply,peanut yield,and quality.The experiment used peanuts(Arachis hypogaea L.)as the test material and conducted a long-term field trial.Five treatments were set up:no fertilization(CK),full traditional compound fertilizer(100%CF),20%reduced traditional compound fertilizer(80%CF),full organic-inorganic compound fertilizer(100%OI),and 20%reduced organic-inorganic compound fertilizer(80%OI),with three replicates per treatment.The results showed that compared with the 100%CF treatment,peanut pod yields in the 100%OI and 80%OI treatments were significantly increased by 22.59%and 11.30%,respectively.The 80%CF treatment exhibited the lowest pod yield among all fertilizer treatments but was still significantly higher than that in the CK treatment.The net income of 100%OI and 80%OI treatment increased significantly by 21.46%and 11.19%respectively.Crude protein and oleic acid contents in peanut kernels of the 100%OI treatment were significantly increased by 1.75 and 1.86 percentage points,respectively,while linoleic acid content was significantly decreased by 0.61 percentage points.During the pegging stage,compared with the 100%CF treatment,the 100%OI treatment significantly increased the nitrate nitrogen content in the plow layer soil by 29.43%,ammonium nitrogen content in the plow layer soil showed significant increases of 202.34%and 84.17%under the 100%OI and 80%OI treatments,respectively,100%OI treatment significantly enhanced the available phosphorus and readily available potassium contents in the plow layer soil by 11.77%and 11.75%,respectively.During the pod-setting stage,compared with the 100%CF treatment,the 100%OI treatment significantly increased the nitrate nitrogen content in the plow layer soil by 43.17%,ammonium nitrogen content in the plow layer soil showed significant increase of 14.83%and 8.05%under the 100%OI and 80%OI treatments,respectively.Compared with the 100%CF treatment,100%OI and 80%OI treatments significantly enhanced the photochemical quenching coefficient of peanut leaves by 53.62%and 20.79%,while significantly reducing the non-photochemical quenching coefficient by 31.93%and 21.61%,respectively.Under the experimental conditions of this study,the full organic-inorganic compound fertilizer significantly enhanced the soil nutrient supply level,meeting the nutrient requirements of peanuts rluring various growth stages.It notably improved the photosynthetic fluorescence of peanut leaves during critical growth stages,promoting dry matter accumulation.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the application of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer in increasing peanut yield,enhancing the economic benefits of peanuts and improving peanut quality.
