基于SWOT分析的黑龙江省智能农业装备产业与智慧农业融合发展研究OA
Integrated development of intelligent agricultural equipment industry and smart agriculture in Heilongjiang Province based on SWOT analysis
推动智能农业装备产业与智慧农业深度融合,对提升农业生产效率与资源利用率至关重要.通过文献查阅和调查研究的方法,阐述智能农业装备产业与智慧农业融合发展研究内涵,剖析研究必要性,对黑龙江省智能农业装备产业与智慧农业融合发展内部的优势和劣势及外部的机会和威胁进行分析,构建 SWOT矩阵并提出一系列发展策略.一是依托寒地黑土优势,推动技术攻坚与场景示范,培育龙头集群;二是构建协同创新联盟,以标准数据平台破除壁垒,精准引育人才;三是发展特色智能农业装备,优化成本与基建应对竞争;四是聚焦关键部件突破,提升政策效能,增强产业韧性.该研究旨在为黑龙江省智能农业装备产业与智慧农业的融合、持续、健康发展提供理论参考与实践路径.
Promoting deep integration of intelligent agricultural equipment industry and smart agriculture is crucial for enhancing agricul-tural production efficiency,resource utilization.Through literature review and field research,research scope of integration of intelli-gent agricultural equipment industry and smart agriculture was clarified,its necessity was analyzed,and internal strengths/weaknesses alongside external opportunities/threats in integrating intelligent agricultural equipment with smart agriculture in Heilongjiang were ex-amined.A SWOT matrix was constructed,proposing four development strategies.First,leveraging cold-region black soil advantages to drive technological breakthroughs and scenario demonstrations,cultivating leading industrial clusters.Second,establishing collabor-ative innovation alliances to break down barriers through standardized data platforms and precisely attract and nurture talent.Third,de-veloping specialized intelligent equipment to optimize costs and infrastructure for competitive advantages.Fourth,focusing on break-throughs in key components to enhance policy effectiveness and strengthen industrial resilience.This study aims to provide theoretical references and practical pathways for integrated,sustainable,and healthy development of agricultural equipment industry and smart agri-culture in Heilongjiang Province.
