中国城乡数字鸿沟的时空演化及影响因素分析OA

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2011 to 2024,an evaluation index system for the urban-rural digital divide was constructed from multiple dimensions such as urban-rural access gap,usage gap,and knowledge gap.The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to measure the China urban-rural digital divide index.The Dagum Gini coefficient was employed to study the regional differences and their sources,and the geographical detector model was combined to explore the influencing factors.The results showed that the overall urban-rural digital divide showed a U-shaped evolution,the urban-rural access gap showed a V-shaped change overall,the urban-rural usage gap showed a steep upward trend,while the urban-rural knowledge gap remained relatively stable overall.Based on factors such as R&D investment,industrial structure,openness degree,infrastructure,telecommunications service capabilities,and government support,suggestions were proposed to strengthen hardware facilities according to local conditions,tap the potential of digital technology,continuously enhance the literacy of digital disadvantaged groups,and innovate the institutional mechanisms.
