不同液体保护膜对'中油13号'油桃果实品质及酶活性影响的研究OA
A Study on Effects of Different Liquid Protective Films on Quality and Enzyme Activity of'Zhongyou No.13'Prunus persica var.nectarina Fruits
为评估液体保护膜对油桃果实品质的影响,对4种市售液体膜剂进行田间试验,系统测定其对油桃果实外观品质、内在品质及抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果显示,在促进果实着色方面,套袋处理效果最优;而在改善果实质地与口感方面,各液体膜处理均提高了果实黏附性,但在维持内聚性、弹性等方面不及套袋处理.与套袋相比,1号液体膜、2号液体膜和4号液体膜处理导致果实硬度下降6.61%~12.59%,与清水对照相比,1号液体膜处理显著降低了可滴定酸含量(降幅13.88%);2号液体膜、3号液体膜和4号液体膜处理可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量与套袋处理无显著差异.采后生理分析表明,1号液体膜处理显著提高了过氧化物酶(POD)活性(较套袋提高79.77%),2号液体膜处理过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性较高,而3号液体膜和4号液体膜处理显著降低了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.研究表明,不同液体膜产品作用不同,效果各异,2号液体膜在提升单果质量与贮藏能力方面综合表现最佳,3号液体膜在维持果实硬度上效果突出,1号液体膜虽然降低了单果质量与可溶性固形物含量,但能有效降低可滴定酸含量并增强贮藏性能.
To evaluate the effects of liquid protective films on the quality of Prunus persica var.nectarina fruits,field trials were conducted on four commercially available liquid film agents.The effects of these films on the appearance quality,internal quality,and antioxidant enzyme activity of prunus persica var.nectarina fruits were systematically determined.The results showed that in terms of promoting fruit coloring,the bagging treatment had the best effect;while in improving the texture and taste of the fruit,all the liquid film treatments increased the fruit adhesion,but they were inferior to the bagging treatment in maintaining cohesion and elasticity.Compared with bagging,the 1st,2nd,and 4th liquid film treatments led to a 6.61%to 12.59%decrease in fruit hardness,compared with the control with clear water,the 1st liquid film treatment significantly reduced the titratable acid content(by 13.88%);the 2nd,3rd,and 4th liquid film treatments had no significant difference in soluble solids and titratable acid content compared with bagging.Post-harvest physiological analysis indicated that the 1st liquid film treatment significantly increased peroxidase(POD)activity(by 79.77%compared to bagging),the 2nd liquid film treatment had a higher catalase(CAT)activity,while the 3rd and 4th liquid film treatments significantly reduced superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity.The study showed that different liquid film products had varying effects.The 2nd liquid film had the best overall performance in improving the quality of individual fruits and storage capacity,the 3rd liquid film had a prominent effect in maintaining fruit hardness,while the 1st liquid film slightly reduced the fruit weight and soluble solids content,but could effectively reduce the titratable acid content and enhance storage performance.
