Current Situation and Prospect of Seed Coating Agent Technology

种子包衣技术作为种子处理的核心手段,在提升种子品质、保障作物整齐出苗、抵御生物与非生物胁迫方面发挥着不可替代的作用.然而,传统化学种衣剂的环境残留与生态风险日益凸显,生物型与智能型种衣剂研发滞后,且田间复杂环境下包衣效果稳定性差,成为该领域可持续发展的瓶颈.从"成分—机制—应用—趋势"视角系统开展研究,解析种衣剂活性成分、成膜物质、固体载体3大核心组分及其协同作用机制;阐述薄膜包衣、种子包壳、种子丸粒化3类主流技术的工艺特征与适用范围;深入剖析种衣剂抑菌杀虫、促进生长、提升抗逆性等作用机制;系统综述其在水稻、玉米、小麦等主粮作物及经济作物中的田间场景应用效果;针对当前种衣剂产业面临的环境安全风险、功能单一、智能化不足等核心问题,提出以"高效低毒化、生物功能化、智能响应化"为核心的技术发展路径,围绕材料研发、控释载体、场景应用3个维度实现协同突破,旨在为推动种衣剂技术绿色转型与农业可持续发展提供理论参考.

Seed coating technology,as the core means of seed treatment,plays an irreplaceable role in improving seed quality,ensuring uniform emergence of crops,and resisting biological and non-biological stresses.However,the environmental residues and ecological risks of traditional chemical seed coating agents have become increasingly prominent,while the research on biological and intelligent seed coating agents lags behind,and the stability of coating effects in complex field environments is poor,which has become a key bottleneck for the sustainable development of this field.From the perspective of"composition-mechanism-application-trend",a systematic analysis is conducted on the active ingredients,film-forming substances,and solid carriers of seed coating agents,as well as their synergistic action mechanisms;the process characteristics and application scopes of three mainstream technologies,namely film coating,seed encapsulation,and seed pelletization,are elaborated;the action mechanisms of seed coating agents in inhibiting bacteria and pests,promoting growth,and enhancing stress resistance are deeply analyzed;the field application effects of these agents in major food crops such as rice,corn,and wheat,and economic crops are systematically reviewed;in response to the core issues faced by the current seed coating agent industry,such as environmental safety risks,single functions,and insufficient intelligence,a technical development path centered on"high efficiency and low toxicity,biological functionalization,and intelligent response"is proposed.Three dimensions of material research,controlled-release carriers,and scenario application are focused on to achieve collaborative breakthroughs,aiming to provide theoretical references for promoting the green transformation of seed coating technology and agricultural sustainable development.
