荞麦抗落粒性状研究现状及育种展望OA
Research Status of Seed Dropping Resistance Trait of Buckwheat and Breeding Prospects
荞麦营养丰富且均衡,富含黄酮类生物活性物质,兼具药用与食用价值,市场需求量逐年攀升.但荞麦栽培过程中籽粒极易脱落,严重影响其产量.抗落粒育种是提高荞麦产量的有效途径之一,相关研究兼具重要生产实践意义,是当前荞麦育种领域的研究重点.近年来,科研工作者对荞麦落粒生理机制开展了大量研究;随着分子生物学技术的发展,解析离区发育及落粒现象的分子机制已逐渐成为该领域研究热点.综述了荞麦落粒的生理机制、抗落粒分子育种及相关基因挖掘的研究进展,在此基础上对抗落粒荞麦育种研究进行展望,为培育抗落粒荞麦品种、保障其高产稳产提供参考.
Buckwheat is rich in balanced nutrition,rich in flavonoid bioactive substances,high in edible and medicinal value,and the market demand is increasing year by year.But in the cultivation of buckwheat,it is easy to drop seed,which seriously affects the yield of buckwheat.Seed dropping resistance breeding is one of the most effective ways to increase buckwheat yield,and relevant research has important production significance and is the focus direction of current research.In recent years,researchers have done a lot of research on the physiological mechanism of buckwheat seed dropping.With the development of molecular biology,it has become a hot research topic to analyze the molecular mechanism of the off-zone development and seed dropping phenomenon.The physiological mechanism of buckwheat seed dropping,molecular breeding for seed dropping resistance and related gene mining were reviewed in detail.On the basis of this,the research on seed breeding for buckwheat resistance to seed dropping was prospected,which provided ideas for breeding varieties with seed dropping resistance and ensuring high and stable yield of buckwheat in future.
