片状银粉的制备及性能表征OA
Preparation and Performance Characterization of Flake Silver Powder
以硝酸银、氨水与乙二胺、水合肼、吐温-80分别为原料、络合剂、还原剂、分散剂,制备高球形度银粉(前驱体);再以乙二醇与水的混合液为球磨助剂,通过机械球磨法制备片状银粉.使用激光粒度分布仪、扫描电子显微镜、振实密度仪、比表面积分析仪、X-射线衍射仪和三辊研磨机等,对不同球磨时间下银粉的微观形貌、平均粒径、比表面积、粒径分布、振实密度和导电性等进行表征与分析.结果表明,经球磨机研磨 14 h,得到平均粒径为 3.79 μm、振实密度为 5.05 g/cm3、粒度分布窄、分散性好且导电性优良的片状银粉.该片状银粉可用于制备导电浆料.
High sphericity silver powder was prepared using silver nitrate,ammonia water,ethylenediamine,hydrazine hydrate,and Tween-80 as the raw material,complexing agent,reducing agent,and dispersant,respectively.The flake silver powder was produced through mechanical ball milling,using a mixture of ethylene glycol and water as the milling aid.The micro-morphology,average particle size,specific surface area,particle size distribution,tap density,and conductivity of the silver powder milled for different durations were characterized and analyzed using a laser particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscope(SEM),tap density meter,specific surface area analyzer,three-roll mill,and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The results showed that after 14 hours of ball milling,flake silver powder with an average particle size of 3.79 μm,tap density of 5.05 g/cm³,narrow particle size distribution,good dispersibility,and excellent conductivity was obtained.This flake silver powder can be used for the preparation of conductive pastes.
