中国式现代化视域下中医药教育百年探索、现代价值与根本归依OACHSSCD
A Century-Long Exploration,Modern Value,and Fundamental Return of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine Education from the Perspective of Chinese Modernization
近百年来,中国共产党在探索中国式现代化道路进程中,中医药教育经历了萌芽、初创、改革、跨越式和高质量发展5个历史时期,构建起现代中医知识体系;实现传统中医师承教育向现代院校教育模式的转型;助力健康中国战略实施;加速中医药国际教育走向世界;强化中华民族共同体意识.历史表明:中国共产党的文化纲领是中医药教育现代化的理论基础;党的中医药政策法规为中医药教育现代化提供了政治保障;守正创新是中医药教育现代化的动力和灵魂.中医药教育现代化就是中国式现代化的生动实践.
Over the past century,as the Communist Party of China(CPC)has explored the path to Chinese modernization,the education of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has under-gone five historical periods:germination,initial establishment,reform-development,leapfrog development,and high-quality development.An autonomous modern knowledge system for TCM has been established;the traditional master-apprentice model has been transformed into a modern institutional education model;the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy has been supported;the global outreach of TCM international education has been accelerated;and the sense of the Chinese national community has been strengthened.History demonstrates that the cultural program of the CPC is the theoretical basis for the modernization of TCM education.The CPC policies and regulations on TCM provide political guarantees for the modernization of TCM education.Upholding principles while innovating serves as the driving force and soul of TCM ed-ucation modernization,and the modernization of TCM education represents a vivid practice of Chinese modernization.
