资源耦合视域下郑国渠对秦国国家韧性的建构OA
Reshaping of Qin State Resilience by Zhengguo Canal from the Perspective of Resource Coupling
厘清郑国渠强化秦国国家韧性的机制路径,对推动古代水利工程研究与当代价值转化具有重要意义.郑国渠通过水资源系统化配置,实现了"水—粮食"的关系耦合;基于水势能与生物质能的双重赋能,依托粮食高质、高产对林木能源的可持续利用,促成"能源—粮食"的关系互动;战国末期"铁锸"日渐普及,并在人力资源的中介作用下,完成了"水—能源—粮食"的关系闭环,推动了"人—土—水—能源—粮食"的结构性捆绑.在人的主观统筹与能动调控,以及"仓储"、"编户齐民"、"耕战"、"军功爵"等制度的约束下,郑国渠实现了对秦国国家韧性的强化,其表征主要包括灾害应对的强化、国家形态转变的加速和政治资源的扩张.
Clarifying the mechanisms and pathways through which the Zhengguo Canal strengthened the state resilience of the Qin State holds significant importance for advancing the study of ancient water conservancy projects and translating their contemporary value.Through the systematic allocation of water resources,the Zhengguo Canal achieved the coupling of the water-grain nexus.Driven by the dual empowerment of hydraulic potential energy and biomass energy,and relying on the sustainable utilization of forest energy supported by high-quality and high-yield grain production,it facilitated the interaction between energy and grain.In the late Warring States period,the increasing prevalence of"iron spades",mediated by human labor,completed the closed loop of the"water-energy-grain"nexus and drove the structural coupling of"human-soil-water-energy-grain".Furthermore,under the subjective coordination and proactive regulation of human agency,as well as the institutional constraints of the"granary system","household registration","farming and warfare",and the"military meritocracy",the Zhengguo Canal strengthened the state resilience of Qin.This was primarily manifested in enhanced disaster response capabilities,the transformation of the state form,and the expansion of political resources.
