齐拉西酮联合改良电休克治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对血清甲状腺激素、糖化血红蛋白水平的影响OA
Efficacy of ziprasidone combined with modified electroconvulsive therapy in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effects on serum thyroid hormone and glycosylated hemoglobin levels
目的 探讨齐拉西酮联合改良电休克治疗(MECT)对精神分裂症疗效及血清甲状腺激素、糖化血红蛋白水平的影响.方法 选取精神分裂患者80 例,随机均分为对照组(单用齐拉西酮)和观察组(MECT+齐拉西酮).比较两组临床疗效、症状、认知功能、脑电波指标及血清甲状腺激素和糖化血红蛋白水平变化情况.结果 观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未出现严重不良反应.与治疗前比较,随治疗时间延长,两组 SCL-90 评分、θ 波频率及游离三碘甲腺原氨酸、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素、总甲状腺素、糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,MoCA 评分、β 波、SMR 波频率、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均升高;同时间点观察组上述指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 MECT 联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症临床疗效显著,是一种安全有效的治疗方案.
Aim To investigate the efficacy of ziprasidone combined with modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)on schizophrenia and its effects on serum thyroid hormone and glycosylated hemoglobin levels.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into a control group(ziprasidone alone)and an observation group(MECT+ziprasidone).Clinical efficacy,symptoms,cognitive function,electroencephalogram parameters,and serum thyroid hormone and glycosylated hemo-globin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and no severe adverse reactions occurred in either group.Compared with before treatment,as treatment time prolonged,the SCL-90 score,θ wave frequency,and the levels of free triiodothyronine,total triiodothyronine,free thyroxine,total thyroxine,and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased in both groups,while the MoCA score,β wave frequency,SMR wave frequency,total cholesterol,and triglycerides increased in both groups.At the same time points,the improvements in the above indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MECT combined with zi-prasidone has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of schizophrenia,representing a safe and effective treatment option.
