IVIM-DWI在宫颈癌同步放化疗疗效评估中的预测价值OA

Aim To investigate the predictive value of intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging(IVIM-DWI)in evaluating the efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT)for cervical cancer.Methods A total of 115 patients with cervical cancer were enrolled and divided into a cured group(n=64)and a residual group(n=51)according to treatment outcomes.General data,clinicopathological features,and IVIM-DWI parameters were compared between the two groups.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors for CCRT efficacy.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve a-nalysis was performed to evaluate the predictive value of IVIM-DWI for CCRT efficacy in cervical cancer.Results There was a significant difference in the proportion of FIGO stages between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the cured group had low-er ADC,D,and D∗ values but a higher f value than the residual group(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting pretreatment SCC,maximum tumor diameter,and lymph node metastasis,ADC,D,D∗,f,and FIGO stage remained independent risk factors for poor prognosis of CCRT(all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis indicated that ADC,D,D∗,f,and FIGO stage had good predictive efficacy for CCRT outcomes in cervical cancer,and the combined prediction model showed high-er efficacy than any single indicator.Conclusion Combining IVIM-DWI parameters with FIGO stage can improve the predictive value for the efficacy of CCRT in cervical cancer,providing a reference for clinical prognostic assessment.
