智能互动投影联合三球式呼吸训练器在肺癌术后患者早期康复中的临床应用OA
Clinical application of intelligent interactive projection combined with three-ball incentive spirometer in the early rehabilitation of patients after lung cancer surgery
目的 探讨智能互动投影联合三球式呼吸训练器在肺癌术后患者早期康复的应用效果.方法 选取拟行肺叶切除术的肺癌患者70例,按入院时间分为对照组和试验组各35例.对照组实施常规康复训练,试验组在此基础上联合智能互动投影及三球式呼吸训练器进行协同干预.比较2组患者肩关节活动度、肺功能指标(用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气量、每分钟最大通气量、呼气流量峰值)、住院期间皮下气肿发生率及生活质量.结果 出院时试验组患者术后上举、后伸及外旋活动度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).试验组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气量、每分钟最大通气量、呼气流量峰值均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).2组患者皮下气肿发生率的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).试验组的慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试量表评分、改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸问卷分级显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 智能互动投影系统联合三球式呼吸训练器可促进肺癌术后患者肩关节活动及肺功能恢复,缓解呼吸症状并提升生活质量,为临床康复护理提供参考.
Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent interactive projection combined with a three-ball incentive spi-rometer in the early rehabilitation of patients after lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 70 lung cancer patients scheduled for lo-bectomy were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group(35 cases in each)according to their admission time.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the experimental group received an additional collaborative interven-tion of intelligent interactive projection combined with a three-ball incentive spirometer.The two groups were compared in terms of shoulder range of motion(ROM),pulmonary function indicators including forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV₁),maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),and peak expiratory flow(PEF),the incidence of subcutaneous emphysema during hospitalization,and quality of life.Results At discharge,postoperative shoulder elevation,extension,and external rotation were significantly greater in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The FVC,FEV1,MVV,and PEF of the ex-perimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant statistical difference in the incidence of subcutaneous emphysema between the two groups(P>0.05).The COPD Assessment Test(CAT)score and modified Medi-cal Research Council(mMRC)dyspnea classification of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of an intelligent interactive projection system and a three-ball incentive spirometer can effec-tively promote the recovery of shoulder mobility and pulmonary function in lung cancer patients after surgery,alleviate respiratory symptoms,and improve quality of life.This approach provides a valuable reference for clinical rehabilitative nursing.
