踝关节损伤术前肿胀管理的最佳证据总结OA

Objective To summarize the evidence pertinent to preoperative swelling management of ankle injury,and to provide a reli-able evidence-based basis for effective preoperative swelling management in clinical practice.Methods We conducted a systematic search of domestic and international databases for clinical decisions,recommended practices,guidelines,evidence summaries,expert consensuses,and systematic reviews on preoperative swelling management of ankle injury.The retrieval time spanned from database in-ception to July 2025.Results A total of 22 articles were collected,including 5 clinical decisions,1 best practice,4 guidelines,7 ex-pert consensuses,and 5 systematic reviews.A total of 24 items of best evidence were summarized,covering 9 aspects of evaluation,cold therapy,compression technique,load management,reduction and fixation,drug intervention,functional training,complication treatment and patient education.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence for preoperative swelling management of an-kle injury at home and abroad,aiming to provide evidence-based support for optimizing the preoperative swelling management strategy of ankle injury.Medical staff can apply the best available evidence to clinical practice according to the clinical situation to shorten the preoperative swelling relief time and preoperative operation waiting time.
