胰十二指肠切除术后患者早期脚踏车运动体验的质性研究OA

Objective To deeply explore the authentic experiences of patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy in participating in cy-cling exercises,and to provide references for formulating individualized and precise rehabilitation plans.Methods A qualitative re-search was performed.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy who participated in cycling exercise in the department of hepatobiliary surgery of a tertiary grade-A hospital in Xi'an from April to June 2025.Data from semi-structured interviews were analyzed using NVivo software and Colaizzi's seven-step phenomenological method.Results Four main themes and nine sub-themes were identified.The main themes included cognitive conflicts and safety concerns over the novel re-habilitation model at the initial stage,physical and mental transformation from passive acceptance to active regulation during the expe-riential stage,self-efficacy reconstruction and behavioral internalization in the benefit stage,and support needs,a key external factor for experience optimization.Conclusion Patients'experiences with cycling exercise after pancreaticoduodenectomy reflect a contin-uous psychological and behavioral process from"cognitive conflict"through"experience and acceptance"to"behavioral internaliza-tion".Moreover,rehabilitation nursing for this group of population still faces multiple challenges in the implementation of cycling exer-cise.Future optimization should be carried out from multiple dimensions,including patients,equipment,exercise protocols and environ-mental conditions.
