基于子宫颈癌综合防控指南的HPV疫苗及接种认知评价量表编制及信效度检验OA

Objective To develop and psychometrically validate a scale for evaluating women's cognition on HPV vaccine and its vac-cination.Methods Guided by the Guideline for Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Cervical Cancer(2nd Edition),a prelimi-nary scale was developed using the Delphi method,and its content validity was assessed.A two-center,two-stage study was conducted.Using convenience sampling,296 women were selected in the first stage(December 2024 to January 2025),and their data were collect-ed for exploratory factor analysis.In the second stage(March 2025 to April 2025),data from 252 women were collected for confirmatory factor analysis and reliability testing.Results The final HPV Vaccine and Vaccination Cognition Evaluation Scale consisted of 22 items across 3 dimensions.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.800 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.910.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors,accounting for 57.03%of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated an acceptable model fit,though the average variance extracted for the HPV Vaccination Cogni-tion dimension was slightly below 0.50;other dimensions generally met the established validity criteria.The scale demonstrated good overall internal consistency,with a KR-20 coefficient of 0.907 and a composite reliability(CR)value of 0.953.Conclusion The devel-oped scale demonstrates good reliability and content validity,with its structural validity preliminarily supported.The scale can be used for multi-dimensional assessment of women's cognition regarding HPV vaccination.
