小规模限制在线课程联合情景模拟对手术室低年资洗手护士岗位胜任力的影响OA

Objective To investigate the impact of a Small Private Online Course(SPOC)combined with scenario simulation on junior scrub nurses in operating room.Methods Sixty-one junior scrub nurses from operating room in Shanxi Bethune Hospital were en-rolled.Nurses rotating between July and December 2024 were enrolled into a control group(n=30),while those rotating between Janu-ary and June 2025 were assigned to an experimental group(n=31).The control group received routine teaching,while the experimental group SPOC combined with scenario simulation received alongside routine teaching.Both groups were compared regarding job compe-tency,critical thinking ability,theoretical skill assessment score,and adverse event occurrence rate.Results One week post-train-ing,the experimental group demonstrated higher scores across all dimensions of the job competency scale and a higher total score com-pared to the control group(P<0.05).One month post-intervention,the experimental group scored higher than the control group across all dimensions of the critical thinking scale and a higher total score(P<0.05).The experimental group achieved higher theoretical skill scores than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05)and within three months post-intervention,the experimental group report-ed fewer adverse events than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion SPOC combined with scenario simulation enhances job compe-tence and critical thinking ability of junior scrub nurses in operating room,elevates their theoretical and practical proficiency,and holds positive implications for reducing adverse events and safeguarding nursing safety within operating room.
