目的 探讨基于结构化设计的剧本情景模拟教学对介入血管外科实习护生临床综合能力及批判性思维能力的短期培训效果.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2025年6-12月湖南省某三级甲等医院介入血管外科74名实习护生作为研究对象,按病区分为对照组(37名)和试验组(37名).对照组接受常规临床实践教学,试验组在常规教学基础上,于实习第4周将教学查房替换为为期1周(2次工作坊)的剧本情景模拟教学干预,该干预基于明确教学目标和理论框架设计.实习结束后,比较2组护生的出科考试成绩、批判性思维能力及教学满意度评分.结果 试验组护生的出科理论考核、专科操作考核成绩、批判性思维能力总分及多个维度(寻求真相、开放思想等)得分,以及教学满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 短期、结构化的剧本情景模拟教学能有效提升介入血管外科实习护生的临床考核成绩、批判性思维能力及教学满意评分,是一种有价值的临床教学辅助手段.

Objective To explore the short-term training effects of scenario simulation teaching with structured-design script on the comprehensive clinical competence and critical thinking ability of nursing students in interventional vascular surgery.Methods Using convenience sampling,74 nursing students interning in the interventional vascular surgery department of a tertiary grade-A hospital in Hunan Province from June to December 2025 were selected and divided into a control group(n=37)and an experimental group(n=37)based on their wards.The control group received routine clinical practice teaching.In addition to routine teaching,the experimental group replaced regular teaching rounds with a one-week script-based scenario simulation teaching(2 workshops),which was designed based on specific teaching objectives and a theoretical framework.After the internship,final examination scores,critical thinking ability evaluated by The Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV),and teaching satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results Nursing students in the experimental group scored significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of end-of-rotation theoretical examination and specialized operational assessment.The total score of CTDI-CV and the scores of its multiple dimensions(e.g.,truth-seeking,and open-mindedness)were significantly higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Students in the experimental group reported higher levels of teaching satisfaction.Conclusion Short-term scenario simulation teach-ing with structured-design script can effectively enhance clinical examination scores,critical thinking ability,and teaching satisfaction of nursing students interning in interventional vascular surgery,serving as a valuable auxiliary tool for clinical teaching.
