我国烤烟丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)应用研究的文献计量分析与发展趋势OA
Bibliometric Analysis and Development Trend of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi(AMF)Application Research on Flue-Cured Tobacco in China
为系统梳理我国烤烟丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)应用研究的发展脉络、研究特征及未来方向.本文以Web of Science核心合集和中国知网(CNKI)数据库为数据来源,采用文献计量分析与CiteSpace可视化方法,对2000-2025年发表的烤烟AMF相关文献进行综合分析.结果表明,我国烤烟AMF研究以盆栽试验为主(67%),盆栽试验多采用移栽时接种(68%),而大田试验主要采用菌根苗移栽(94%),但均采取其他菌剂组合或配施其他材料(81%和56%)方式接种.研究作者以贺学礼、王茂胜为核心,研究机构以贵州省的相关机构为主.研究内容由烟株生长量逐步扩展至矿质养分、生理特性、农艺性状、病害防控和机制探究等.但总体上仍以烟株为单一重点研究对象(84%),对AMF接种后土壤结构、养分循环及微生物介导过程的系统研究相对不足.未来研究有必要加强对植烟土壤和土壤微生物的关注,并加强盆栽研究成果的田间验证,为AMF在烤烟生产中的高效应用提供理论依据.
To systematically review the development context,research characteristics,and future directions of applied research on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)in flue-cured tobacco in China,this study used the Web of Science Core Collection and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as data sources.Bibliometric analysis and CiteS-pace visualization methods were employed to comprehensively analyze literature related to AMF in flue-cured tobacco published between 2000 and 2025.The results indicate that AMF research in Chinese flue-cured tobacco is predomi-nantly based on pot experiments(67%).Pot experiments mostly involve inoculation at the time of transplanting(68%),whereas field trials primarily utilize the transplantation of mycorrhizal seedlings(94%);however,both methods frequently involve combined application with other microbial agents or materials(81%and 56%,respectively).The core authors are represented by He Xueli and Wang Maosheng,with research institutions primarily concentrated in Guizhou Province.The research focus has gradually expanded from plant growth parameters to mineral nutrients,physiological characteris-tics,agronomic traits,disease control,and mechanistic exploration.However,overall,the research still focuses primarily on the plant as a single subject(84%),with relatively insufficient systematic investigation into soil structure,nutrient cycling,and microbial-mediated processes following AMF inoculation.Future research should increase the focus on to-bacco-growing soils and soil microorganisms,while strengthening the field validation of pot research results to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient application of AMF in flue-cured tobacco production.
