我国奶业主产区养殖碳排放脱钩效应研究OA
Study on the Decoupling Effect of Livestock Carbon Emissions in Major Dairy Producing Areas of China
如何在碳达峰、碳中和目标下,推动奶牛产业温室气体减排,成为制约我国奶业绿色低碳发展的关键问题.本文采用IPCC系数法测算了我国奶业主产区2011-2023年间的奶牛养殖碳排放总量和碳排放强度,应用Tapio脱钩模型分析其碳排放脱钩效应.研究发现:我国奶业主产区碳排放总量呈现高位波动增长—大幅下降—缓慢回升的变化趋势,而碳排放强度则呈现先缓慢下降后急速下降再缓慢下降的趋势,且2017年均出现了断崖式下降.碳排放量和碳排放强度区域差异显著,碳排放与奶业经济发展之间呈现以强脱钩为主导,夹杂着弱脱钩和扩张性负脱钩的变化趋势.在此基础上提出了实施差异化区域减排策略,推动碳排放强度整体收敛,持续投入科技创新,强化强脱钩状态等促进我国奶业主产区低碳化建议.
Under the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,promoting greenhouse gas emission reductions in the dairy industry has become a key issue restricting the green and low-carbon development of China's dairy sector.This paper uses the IPCC coefficient method to estimate the total carbon emissions and carbon emission intensity of dairy farming in China's main dairy-producing regions from 2011 to 2023,and applies the Tapio decoupling model to analyze the decoupling effect of carbon emissions.The results show that the total carbon emissions in the main dairy-producing regions of China indicates a trend of high-level fluctuating growth-sharp decline-slow recovery,while car-bon emission intensity shows a trend of slow decline first,then rapid decline,and then slow decline again,with a cliff-like drop occurring in 2017.There are significant regional differences in both carbon emissions and carbon emis-sion intensity,and the relationship between carbon emissions and dairy industry economic development is dominated by strong decoupling,interspersed with weak decoupling and expansive negative decoupling.Finally,it proposes suggestions to facilitate the low-carbon development of China's main dairy-producing regions,such as implementing differentiated regional emission reduction strategies,promoting overall convergence of carbon emission intensity,continuously investing in technological innovation and strengthening the state of strong decoupling.
