The utilization of crop straw constitutes a vital component and inherent requirement for achieving green and efficient agricultural development.As an advanced productive force more aligned with new development concepts,new-type productive forces provide a powerful driving force for the efficient and high-value utilization of crop straw.This paper addresses the numerous bottlenecks constraining the high-value utilization of crop straw and the green,efficient development of agricultural production in Xichou County,Yunnan Province.It analyses the intrinsic logic of new-type productive forces empowering high-value crop straw utilization,proposing the introduction of new technologies,equip-ment,and models.The aim is to emphasis the innovative optimization of production factors such as labour,knowledge,technology,management,data,and capital.This advances the green transformation and upgrading of the agricultural in-dustry,thereby realizing a green and efficient agricultural development model.Furthermore,it explores pathways for developing new productive forces to drive the efficient and high-value utilization of crop straw.
