填充氧气介质的锥台型太阳能海水淡化装置性能及强化研究OA

针对传统盘式太阳能海水淡化装置内,汽-水二元混合气体传热/传质距离长、传热热阻大的问题,文章构建了填充氧气介质锥台型太阳能海水淡化装置.首先,对淡化装置内汽-水二元混合气体传热、传质过程展开分析;然后,对比分析了填充氧气介质和空气介质对淡化装置产水速率、蒸发冷凝温度等参数的影响,探索了强制空气冷却对性能的强化.结果表明,当运行温度为 80.0℃时,填充氧气介质淡化装置产水速率、造水比分别比填充空气介质时增加了 6.25%,7.5%,蒸发冷凝温差最大降低了 0.5℃,冷凝面竖直温度梯度减小了 0.9℃,填充氧气介质淡化装置在强制空气冷却条件下的产水速率比无强制冷却条件下提高了143.75%.研究结果为提升小型太阳能海水淡化装置产水性能提供了参考.

Aiming at the problems of long heat and mass transfer distance and large heat transfer thermal resistance of steam-water binary mixed gas in traditional disc solar desalination device,this paper proposes a con-type solar desalination device filled with oxygen medium,which has the characteristics of small characteristic size,small heat transfer thermal resistance and compact structure.Firstly,the heat and mass transfer process of vapor-water binary mixed gas in the desalination device was analyzed.Then,the effects of filling oxygen medium and air medium on the water production rate,evaporation and condensation temperature of the desalination device were compared and analyzed.The enhancement of forced air cooling on the performance was explored.The results showed that when the operating temperature was 80.0℃,the water production rate and water production ratio of the desalination device filled with oxygen medium increased by 6.25%and 7.5%,respectively,compared with those filled with air medium.The maximum evaporation and condensation temperature difference decreased by 0.5℃,and the vertical temperature gradient of the condensation surface decreased by 0.9℃.The water production rate of the oxygen-filled medium desalination device under forced air cooling conditions is 143.75%higher than that under no forced cooling conditions.The research results provide a reference for improving the water production performance of small solar desalination devices.
