绿色氢基能源在我国新型电力系统中的定位及发展路径OA

Green hydrogen-based energy in China's new power system:Positioning and development paths

发展绿色氢基能源是构建安全高效、清洁低碳新型电力系统的必然选择.以绿色氢、氨、醇为代表的绿色氢基能源具有"过程性能源"与"含能体能源"双重属性,能够在"源、网、荷、储"四方面与电力系统深度融合.文章结合我国新型电力系统发展趋势,总结了氢基能源在电力系统中的关键应用场景,提出了氢基能源在新型电力系统中的 3 个核心定位:有利于可再生能源消纳、有助于火电低碳转型、解决跨季节长时储能.最后,从制取侧、储运侧和应用侧3 个角度提出了氢基能源在新型电力系统的发展路径.

The development of green hydrogen-based energy is an important measure for constructing a safe,efficient,clean and low-carbon new power system.Green hydrogen-based energy,represented by green hydrogen,green ammonia and green methanol,possesses the dual attributes of both process energy and energy carrier,enabling deep integration with the new power system across the"source-grid-load-storage"framework.Based on the development trend of new power system,this paper summarizes the key application scenarios and three core roles of hydrogen-based energy:Facilitating the consumption of renewable energy,supporting the low-carbon transition of thermal power,and addressing inter-seasonal long-duration energy storage challenges.Finally,this paper proposes the development paths of hydrogen-based energy in the new power system from the three dimensions:Production,storage and transportation,and application.
