活性炭复合材料的研究进展OA
Research progress of activated carbon composites
活性炭因其较大的比表面积、稳定的物理化学性质及优良的吸附性能等特征被广泛应用在吸附、催化、储能等多个领域.随着科技的发展与工程应用的需要,研究者们将活性炭与其他功能材料复合形成具有协同作用的复合材料,以满足活性炭的多元化应用.因此,对活性炭复合材料进行综述,归纳总结活性炭复合材料的制备方法,包括机械混合法、共沉淀法、化学气相沉积法、溶液浸渍法、溶液法、溶胶-凝胶法、模板法与原位生长法等.综述近年来活性炭/MOFs、活性炭/分子筛、活性炭/聚合物、活性炭/金属氧化物、活性炭/层状双氢氧化合物、活性炭/碳纳米管、活性炭/炭黑、活性炭/石墨烯、活性炭/石墨等复合材料的研究进展.归纳分析活性炭复合材料在吸附、催化、储能等领域的应用情况.最后对活性炭复合材料的研究发展趋势进行展望,未来需重点关注环保与高性能化、新型活性炭复合材料的开发、绿色制备与资源化、应用领域的拓展、产业化与标准化等.活性炭复合材料将朝着高性能化、多功能化、绿色化和应用领域拓展的方向发展.
Activated carbon is widely used in adsorption,catalysis,energy storage,and other fields due to its large specific surface area,stable physicochemical properties,and excellent adsorption performance.With technological advancements and the demands of engineering applications,researchers have developed composite materials by com-bining activated carbon with other functional materials to achieve synergistic effects,thereby meeting the diverse re-quirements for activated carbon applications.Therefore,this review summarizes the preparation methods for activated carbon composites,including mechanical mixing,coprecipitation,chemical vapor deposition,solution impregna-tion,solution-based approaches,sol-gel techniques,template-assisted methods,and in-situ growth processes.Re-cent research advances in composites such as activated carbon/MOFs,activated carbon/molecular sieves,activated carbon/polymers,activated carbon/metal oxides,activated carbon/layered double hydroxides,activated carbon/carbon nanotubes,activated carbon/carbon black,activated carbon/graphene,and activated carbon/graphite are reviewed.This review summarizes and analyzes the applications of activated carbon composites in fields such as ad-sorption,catalysis,and energy storage.Finally,the future development trends of activated carbon composites are discussed.Future research should focus on environment-friendly and high-performance development,development of novel activated carbon composites,green preparation and resource utilization,expansion of application fields,indus-trialization and standardization.Activated carbon composites will evolve toward higher performance,multifunctionali-ty,greener production,and broader application fields.
