煤矸石资源化制备土壤技术研究进展OA

Research progress on technologies for the resourceful utilisation of coal gangue to produce soil

煤矸石作为煤炭开采与洗选过程中产生的最大量固体废弃物,其长期堆存引发的占地、环境污染、地质灾害等问题已成为制约煤炭行业绿色低碳发展的关键瓶颈.传统煤矸石处置与资源化方式存在消纳量有限、能耗偏高、生态附加值低等短板,而煤矸石制备人工土壤兼具大宗消纳、生态修复、耕地替代、低碳减排等多重优势,是矿区固废资源化与土地复垦协同发展的重要技术方向.笔者系统梳理了煤矸石常规处置及资源化技术的优缺点,阐明了煤矸石制土在工艺、消纳能力、生态效益等方面的核心优势;从预处理、核心制备工艺等层面综述了煤矸石基土壤的制备方法及技术特性;分析了煤矸石基土壤的理化与生境性能、应用场景,以及针对其缺陷的物理/化学/生物联合熟化改良技术,最后指出当前煤矸石制土存在标准缺失、长期风险不明、熟化周期长等问题,并展望了高效制备、风险管控、标准化与规模化应用的未来发展方向,旨在为煤矸石高值化、生态化利用及矿区生态修复提供理论参考与技术支撑.

As the largest volume of solid waste generated during coal mining and washing,the long-term stockpiling of coal gangue has led to issues such as land occupation,environmental pollution and geological hazards,which have become key bottlenecks constraining the green and low-carbon development of the coal industry.Traditional methods of coal gangue disposal and resource recovery suffer from shortcomings such as limited disposal capacity,high energy consumption and low ecological value-added.In contrast,the production of artificial soil from coal gangue offers mul-tiple advantages,including large-scale disposal,ecological restoration,arable land substitution and low-carbon e-missions reduction,making it a vital technological direction for the coordinated development of solid waste resource recovery and land reclamation in mining areas.This paper systematically reviews the strengths and weaknesses of con-ventional coal gangue disposal and resource recovery technologies,elucidating the core advantages of coal gangue-based soil in terms of process,disposal capacity and ecological benefits;it summarizes the preparation methods and technical characteristics of coal gangue-based soil from the perspectives of pre-treatment and core preparation proces-ses;It analyses the physicochemical and ecological properties of coal gangue-based soil,its application scenarios,and combined physical,chemical and biological maturation and improvement techniques to address its shortcomings.Finally,it identifies current issues such as the lack of standards,unclear long-term risks and lengthy maturation cy-cles,and outlines future development directions for efficient production,risk management,standardization and large-scale application.The aim is to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the high-value,eco-friendly utilization of coal gangue and the ecological restoration of mining areas.
