热泵负压再生系统中不同溶液的再生特性OA
Regeneration characteristics of different solutions for heat pump system negative pressure regeneration process
为拓宽锅炉烟气余热回收领域热泵系统在低品位热源的应用场景,提高热泵系统性能系数,利用工质沸点随系统再生压力降低而降低的原理,采用负压再生技术,设计并搭建中试试验装置,研究了2 种新型热泵工质在负压再生系统中的再生温度、溶液流量、凝水箱液位、闪蒸汽流量的变化规律.结果表明,改变真空泵频率,甲酸钾溶液和氯化钙溶液的系统再生压力值相同;在相同负压条件下氯化钙溶液比甲酸钾溶液更易再生,再生温差为 2~5℃;通过观测进出再生装置溶液流量波动情况,甲酸钾溶液的系统稳定性优于氯化钙溶液;甲酸钾溶液的闪蒸汽流量随再生压力近似呈抛物线变化,氯化钙溶液近似呈直线变化.
In order to expand the application of heat pump devices in low-grade heat sources in the field of boiler flue gas waste heat recovery and improve the performance coefficient,based on the principle that the boiling point of work-ing fluids decreases with the decrease of regeneration pressure,using negative pressure regeneration technology,a pi-lot plant was designed and built,and the effects of regeneration temperature,solution flow rate,condensate equip-ment level and flash steam flow rate of two new heat pump working fluids in the negative pressure regeneration system were studied.The results show that the system pressure of potassium formate solution and calcium chloride solution is the same when the frequency of vacuum pump is changed.Under the same negative pressure,calcium chloride solu-tion is easier to regenerate than potassium formate solution,and the regeneration temperature difference is 2~5℃.The system stability of potassium formate solution is better than that of calcium chloride solution by observing the fluc-tuation of solution flow in regeneration equipment.When potassium formate solution is used as the working fluid,the flash steam flow rate changes approximately parabolically with the regeneration pressure,and linearly with calcium chloride solution.
