针对煤矿洗浴系统能耗高、余热浪费严重等问题,优化研究了一套基于洗浴污水余热耦合空气源热能回收系统,该系统通过污水源热泵间接提取洗浴污水中的低温热能,并采用空气源热泵作为辅助热源,以循环式加热方式确保洗浴水水温稳定.此外,文章详细阐述了该系统的组成、热源选取的依据、负荷计算的方法以及设备选型的方式,并结合实际工程案例进行验证分析.结果表明,相比传统燃煤锅炉,每年可节约标准煤量328.13 t,大幅度减少了二氧化碳、氮氧化物等污染物的排放量,具有显著的环保效益和应用价值,为工矿企业洗浴系统低碳改造提供了切实可行的技术方案.

To address issues such as high energy consumption and serious waste of residual heat in coal mine bathing systems,this paper optimizes a system for recovering heat from air-source energy coupled with residual heat from bathing wastewater.The system indirectly extracts low-temperature heat from bathing wastewater through a wastewater-source heat pump and uses an air-source heat pump as an auxiliary heat source,employing a circulation heating method to ensure stable water temperature in the bath.In addition,the paper details the composition of the system,the basis for selecting heat sources,methods for load calculation,and approaches for equipment selection,and vali-dates the system through actual engineering case studies.The results show that,compared with traditional coal-fired boilers,the system can save 328.13 tons of standard coal annually,it significantly reduces the emissions of pollu-tants such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides.It has notable environmental benefits and application value,provi-ding a practical technical solution for the low-carbon transformation of bathing systems in industrial and mining enter-prises.
