井下钻探作业作为瓦斯治理、水害防治、地质条件评估的重要手段,在现代煤矿生产过程中发挥着重要作用.随着煤炭资源开采向深部和复杂地质条件延伸,煤矿智能化建设步伐加快,钻探装备的自动化需求日益提升,而钻杆自动化装卸技术是钻探装备自动化中亟须攻克的关键技术.针对煤矿井下钻探作业中钻杆加卸效率低、劳动强度大、安全风险高等问题,探讨并分析了现有钻杆加卸系统的优缺点.在分析了系统的功能需求与井下作业环境的基础上,为了实现钻杆自动加卸系统安全高效运行,提升设备耐用性并适应复杂工况,提高环境感知能力,提出了基于电控液驱六轴机械手的一体式钻杆自动加卸系统解决方案,主要包括:整体布局与关键结构设计、电控液驱六轴机械手本体设计、机械手轨迹规划算法与协同控制技术等.该方案具有末端负载大、结构紧凑、适配性高、布局灵活、多规格钻具柔性适配等显著特点,能够提升钻杆加卸效率,降低工人劳动强度,减少人工操作带来的安全隐患.结合现代机械传动、自动控制与多传感器融合等技术的发展方向,展望了钻杆加卸系统在煤矿井下研究的重点方向,具体包括:多机协同控制、井下环境测试与标定、作业场景建模与路径规划算法以及多传感器融合感知.

As an important means for gas control,water hazard prevention and geological condition evaluation,underground drilling plays a vital role in modern coal mine production.With the exploitation of coal resources extending to deeper areas and complex geological conditions,and the accelerated development of intelligent coal mine construction,the demand for automation of drilling equipment is increasing.Among them,the automatic pipe handling technology is a key technology that needs to be urgently de-veloped in the automation of drilling equipment.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity and high safety risks in drill pipe handling during underground coal mine drilling,the advantages and disadvantages of existing drill pipe handling sys-tems are discussed and analyzed.Based on the analysis of system functional requirements and underground operating environment,an integrated automatic drill pipe handling system based on an electro-hydraulically driven six-axis manipulator is proposed to achieve safe and efficient operation,improve equipment durability,adapt to complex working conditions and enhance environmental perception.The research mainly includes:overall layout and key structure design,mechanical design of the electro-hydraulically driven six-axis manipulator,trajectory planning algorithm and cooperative control technology of the manipulator.The proposed scheme has remarkable features such as large end load,compact structure,high adaptability,flexible layout and flexible matching with multi-specification drilling tools.It can improve drill pipe handling efficiency,reduce labor intensity and eliminate potential safety hazards caused by manual operation.Combined with the development trends of modern mechanical transmission,automatic control and multi-sensor fusion technology,the key research directions of drill pipe handling systems in underground coal mines are prospected,including multi-machine cooperative control,underground test and calibration,operation scene modeling and path plan-ning algorithm,and multi-sensor fusion perception.
