为确定絮用原棉纤维中的异味成分,首先采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(HS-SPME-GC-MS)联用技术,分析絮用原棉纤维的挥发性成分,并测定各成分的相对含量;然后通过相对气味活性值(ROAV)定量评估关键气味成分及其贡献度差异.为进一步明确异味物质,分别采用热风干燥法、有机溶剂萃取法和无机溶剂萃取法对絮用原棉纤维进行差异化处理,计算关键气味成分的色谱峰面积变化率,最终结合感官评价判定絮用原棉纤维的异味成分.结果表明:絮用原棉纤维中含有15种挥发性成分,包括醛类、醇类、烷烃、酮类、酸类等.其中,直链醛类化合物癸醛(ROAV=100.000)与壬醛(ROAV=25.720)为主要异味成分;苯甲醇(ROAV=0.377)与辛醛(ROAV=0.520)通过协同作用可显著增强异味强度.该研究突破了传统嗅辨法主观性强、误差较大的局限,将HS-SPME-GC-MS联用技术与感官评价相结合,精准分析絮用原棉纤维异味成分,为后续异味去除工艺的开发奠定基础.

In order to determine the odor component in filling raw cotton fibers,the volatile components in filling raw cotton fibers were analyzed by headspace solid phase micro-extraction with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS)technology,and the relative contents of each component were determined.Then,the differences in key odor components and their contributions were quantitatively evaluated by relative odor activity value(ROAV).In order to further clarify the odor substances,filling raw cotton fibers were treated differentially by the hot air drying method,the organic solvent extraction method and the inorganic solvent extraction method,the chromatographic peak area change rate of key odor components was calculated,finally the odor components in filling raw cotton fibers combined with sensory evaluation was determined.The results showed there were 15 kinds of volatile components in filling raw cotton fibers,including aldehydes,alcohols,alkanes,ketones,acids,etc..Among them,the linear aldehydes decanal(ROAV=100.000)and nonanal(ROAV=25.720)were the main odor components.Benzyl alcohol(ROAV=0.377)and octanaldehyde(ROAV=0.520)could significantly enhance odor intensity through synergy.The study broke through the limitations of traditional olfactory discrimination methods with strong subjectivity and large errors,combined HS-SPME-GC-MS technology with sensory evaluation to accurately analyze the odor components in filling raw cotton fibers,laying the foundation for the development of subsequent odor removal processes.
