为了开发色彩连续柔和变化的渐变纱,基于双分梳转杯纺技术开展系统性探索.以两种不同颜色纤维条分别喂入两个喂给系统,通过精确控制纱线中两种纤维的比例和长度,形成色彩连续变化的纱线.采用有色粘胶和原液着色涤纶进行试纺和试织,针织面料展示出了纹理色彩分布清晰、可重现性强的特点.探索了基于"毛衫设计-纱线设计-毛衫制作"逆向设计模式,实现了渐变色全成型毛衫的开发.实践证明,采用双分梳转杯纺技术纺制渐变纱具备技术可行性.认为:基于双分梳转杯纺技术开发的渐变纱具有混和效果较好、色彩变化柔和、颜色和长度控制一致性好等特点,有助于满足面料市场多元化需求.

To develop gradient-colored yarns with continuous and soft color transition,a systematic exploration was conducted based on dual-opening rotor spinning technology.Two different colored fiber slivers were fed into two separate feeding systems,the proportion and length of the two fiber types in the yarn were precisely controlled,a continuous color changing yarn was formed.Trial spinning and weaving were carried out using colored viscose and dope-dyed polyester.The knitted fabrics exhibited clear texture and color distribution,along with strong reproducibility.Additionally,the possibility of developing full-fashioned gradient-colored sweaters was explored through a reverse design model based on"sweater design-yarn design-sweater production".Practice demonstrated that it is feasible in technology for producing gradient-colored yarns using dual-openning rotor spinning technology.It is considered that the developed gradient-colored yarns based on dual-opening rotor spinning technology offer advantages such as excellent fiber blending,soft color transitions and consistent control over color and length,which is helpful to meet the diverse demands of the fabric market.
