为探讨彩色交织结构花式纱成纱工艺与色彩风格,以有色棉纱为饰纱原料,通过织机来纺制彩色交织结构花式纱.研究芯纱根数和花色设计对彩色交织结构花式纱外观、色彩面积分布、单元单色面积占比的影响,并根据花形调控因素进行了花形规律化设计.分析结果表明:芯纱根数为2根的成纱外观饱满蓬松,芯纱根数为3根、4根、5根的成纱结构稳定,手感微硬.蓝/粉/肤设计中成纱各色色彩面积变化趋势大于其他两种,芯纱根数为2根的纱线各色色彩面积大于其他芯纱根数纱线,芯纱根数为2根的成纱单元各色面积占比变化最小.认为:色彩设计对色彩面积变化趋势有影响,芯纱根数较少时,各色色彩面积较大.单元单色面积占比不只是与芯纱根数和花色设计相关,成纱花形会影响单元单色面积占比波动.

In order to explore the yarn formation process and style color of colorful interwoven structured fancy yarns,colored cotton yarns were used as the raw material of decorative yarns,and colorful interwoven structured fancy yarns were spun on the loom.The effects of core yarns number and pattern color design on the appearance,colour area distribution and unit monochrome area proportion of the colorful interwoven structured fancy yarns were studied,and the pattern regularization design was carried out according to the pattern regulating factors.The analysis results indicated that the yarns with 2 core yarns exhibited a full and fluffy appearance,whereas those with 3,4,and 5 core yarns demonstrated a stable structure and a slightly stiff hand feel.The trend of the color area change of the yarns in the blue/pink/skin design was larger than the other two,the color area of the yarns with 2 core yarns was larger than that of the yarns with other core yarn numbers,and the yarn unit with 2 core yarns had the smallest change in the proportion of the area of each color.It is considered that the color design has an influence on the trend of color area change,when the core yarn number is smaller,the color area of each color is larger.The area share of each color of the unit is not only related to the core yarn number and pattern color design,but also the yarn pattern will affect the fluctuation of the area share of each color of the unit.
