空心锭纺纱系统集成及其纺制花式纱线特点分析OA

为了明晰包绕纺、包覆纺、包缠纺和花式纺等4类空心锭纺纱模式及其成纱机理,首先,基于对牵伸、超喂、加捻、假捻及卷绕等机构的组合配置与加工特征进行了分析和系统分类.然后,分析了假捻钩在芯纱与饰纱初捻、复捻过程中的作用,以及空心锭在固纱包缠过程中的作用,构建了加捻过程中的捻度分布模型.研究了超喂比及捻度对结子纱、大肚纱、波纹纱、圈圈纱、辫子纱等形态形成的影响规律.介绍了4种典型空心锭纺纱工艺配置及对应的多组分复合纱与花式纱案例.结果表明:通过空心锭加捻系统的多层次串联与转向(异向、同向)配置,可拓展纱线的多层次结构;通过多通道异步牵伸与超喂,可实现纱线形态的多样化;通过对多组分原料实施动态牵伸、交替超喂与加捻,可一步法生产结构复合的花式纱线.认为:未来空心锭纺纱技术可通过进一步优化系统集成与工艺调控,实现更高效、多样化的高端复合花式纱线的柔性智能制造.

To clarify the characteristics and yarn formation mechanisms of four hollow-spindle spinning modes,including encircling spinning,covering spinning,wrapping spinning and fancy spinning,firstly,a systematic classification was established based on an analysis of the combined configurations and processing features in mechanisms such as drafting,overfeeding,twisting,false twisting and winding.Then the effect of the false-twist hook during the initial and secondary twisting of the core yarn was analyzed,as well as the function of the hollow-spindle in the wrapping process of the binding yarn,a twist distribution model during the twisting process was established.The influence laws of overfeeding rate and twist on the formation of knot yarn,slub yarn,wave yarn,loop yarn and braid yarn were investigated.Four typical hollow-spindle spinning process configurations and corresponding examples of multi-component composite yarns and fancy yarns were presented.The results indicated that the multi-level structure of yarns can be expanded through the multi-level serial connection of the hollow-spindle twisting system and the configuration of opposite or identical directions.The diversification of yarn morphology can be achieved through multi-channel differential drafting and overfeeding.Through dynamic drafting,alternating overfeeding and twisting of multi-component raw materials,composite-structured fancy yarns can be produced in one-step process.It is considered that hollow-spindle spinning technology can achieve flexible intelligent manufacturing of more efficient and diversified high-end composite fancy yarns through further optimization of system integration and process control in the future.
