智能与功能花式纱线的研究进展OA
Research progress of intelligent and functional fancy yarns
为促进智能与功能花式纱线的发展与应用,提升纱线及其产品的附加值,综述了几种典型花式纱线的智能和功能性研究进展.介绍了传感、超级电容器、防切割、阻燃、电磁屏蔽和导电包覆纱以及包芯纱的研究现状,探讨了智能和功能雪尼尔纱的研究进展.研究发现,当前智能与功能花式纱线的研究仅局限于部分花式纱线品种,大部分花式纱线的智能与功能化还有待探究;功能花式纱线的发展相对成熟,市面上已有较成熟的产品,而智能花式纱线多处于研究阶段,产品的性能及其稳定性有待提升,产业化工艺有待进一步探索.未来应拓展研究其他类型智能与功能花式纱线,特别是深入探讨智能花式纱线的开发与产业化,以加速纺织行业的智能化和功能化升级.
To promote the development and application of intelligent and functional fancy yarns,enhance the added value of yarns and their products,the research progress of the intelligence and functionality of several typical fancy yarns were reviewed.The research status of sensing,supercapacitor,cut-resistant,flame-retardant,electromagnetic shielding and conductive wrapped yarns as well as core-spun yarns were introduced,the research progress of intelligent and functional chenille yarns were discussed.The study found that the current research on intelligent and functional fancy yarns was limited to some types of fancy yarns,and the intellectualization and functionalization of most fancy yarns were remained to be explored.The development of functional fancy yarns was relatively mature,with relatively mature products available in market,while most intelligent fancy yarns were still in the research stage.The performance and stability of the products needed to be improved,and the industrialization process needed to be further explored.In the future,research on other types of intelligent and functional fancy yarns should be expanded,especially the in-depth exploration on the development and industrialization of intelligent fancy yarns,so as to accelerate the intellectualization and functionalization upgrading of the textile industry.
