试验旨在探究不同中药材秸秆(黄芪、甘草、甜叶菊、葵花壳)对肉羊生长性能和免疫力的影响,评估其作为饲草资源的潜力,为新型牧草产品的研发提供参考.试验选择体重相近的健康断奶羔羊120只,随机分为5组,每组设3个重复,每个重复8只羊.对照组羔羊饲喂30%基础饲料+70%玉米秸秆草块,各试验组分别饲喂30%基础饲料+70%黄芪秸秆草块、甘草秸秆草块、甜叶菊秸秆草块、葵花壳秸秆草块.试验期共60 d,其中预试期7 d,正式试验期53 d.结果显示,黄芪秸秆组在体重增加方面表现最好,羔羊平均日增重为0.26 kg/(只·d),而对照组羔羊的平均日增重仅为0.22 kg/(只·d),甘草秸秆组、甜叶菊秸秆组和葵花壳秸秆组的平均日增重分别为0.25、0.25、0.24 kg/(只·d),均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).黄芪秸秆组羔羊血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05).黄芪秸秆组羔羊的发病率和死亡率显著低于其他组(P<0.05),胸腺指数、脾脏指数均显著高于其他组(P<0.05).研究表明,中药材秸秆(特别是黄芪草块)能够显著改善肉羊的生长性能,并提升其免疫力.此类秸秆资源具有较高的饲草价值和潜力,推荐在肉羊养殖中应用.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of different Chinese herbal medicine straws(Astragalus,licorice,stevia,sunflower husk)on the growth performance and immunity of meat lambs,evaluate their potential as forage resources,and provide a reference for the development of new forage products.A total of 120 healthy weaned lambs with similar body weight were randomly divided into five groups,each with three replicates of eight lambs per replicate.Feed(forage and concentrate)was increased every 15 days.Lambs in the control group were fed 30%basal diet+70%corn straw briquettes,while lambs in the experimental groups were fed the 30%basal diet+70%Astragalus straw briquettes,licorice straw briquettes,stevia straw briquettes,or sunflower husk straw briquettes,respectively.The total trial period lasted 60 days,including a 7-day pre-trial period and a 53-day formal trial period.The results showed that the Astragalus straw group exhibited the best weight gain,with an average daily gain of 0.26 kg/(lamb·d),while that of the control group(corn straw)was only 0.22 kg/(lamb·d).The average daily gain of the other treatment groups(licorice,stevia,and sunflower husk)were 0.25,0.25,and 0.24 kg/(lamb·d),respectively,all significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),interleukin-2(IL-2),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in lambs of the Astragalus straw group were significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05).The morbidity and mortality rates in the Astragalus straw group were significantly lower than those in the other groups(P<0.05),and the immune organ indices(thymus and spleen)were significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05).The study indicates that Chinese herbal medicine straws,especially Astragalus straw briquettes,can significantly improve the growth performance and immunity of meat lambs.Such straw resources have high forage value and potential,and are recommended for application in meat lamb production.
