鱼腥草粉对平坝灰鹅生长性能以及血清生化、免疫指标的影响OA
Effects of Houttuynia cordata powder on growth performance,serum biochemical and immune indices of Pingba Grey geese
试验旨在研究鱼腥草粉对平坝灰鹅生长性能以及血清生化、免疫指标的影响.选取1日龄平坝灰鹅雏鹅180只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只.空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加1%、3%和5%的鱼腥草粉.试验期28 d.结果显示,试验Ⅱ组雏鹅末重、平均日增重显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05).与空白对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组雏鹅血清甘油三酯(TG)含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组雏鹅血清葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著提高(P<0.05).与空白对照组相比,各试验组雏鹅血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量均显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组雏鹅血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅲ组雏鹅血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05).研究表明,日粮中添加不同比例的鱼腥草草粉均不会对平坝灰鹅的生长性能造成负面影响,且添加量适宜时还能够改善营养物质代谢、提高免疫力,其中最适添加量为3%.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Houttuynia cordata powder on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices,and immune indices of Pingba Grey geese.A total of 180 one-day-old Pingba Grey goslings were randomly divided into four groups,each with three replicates of 15 goslings.The blank control group was fed a basal diet,while experimental groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1%,3%,and 5%Houttuynia cordata powder,respectively.The experimental period lasted 28 days.The results showed that the final body weight and average daily gain of goslings in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of group Ⅲ(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that of group Ⅲ(P<0.05).Compared with the blank control group,the serum triglyceride(TG)content of goslings in group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum glucose(GLU)content of goslings in group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the blank control group,the serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)content of goslings in all experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content of goslings in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)content of goslings in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that supplementing the diet with different proportions of Houttuynia cordata powder does not negatively affect the growth performance of Pingba Grey geese,and at an appropriate supplementation level,it can improve nutrient metabolism and enhance immunity,with the optimal level being 3%.
