阳山鸡生长曲线及累计产蛋量曲线拟合分析OA

The aim of this study was to understand the growth and egg production performance of Yangshan chicken,and to select the most suitable growth model and cumulative egg production model.In the experiment,100 healthy test chickens(50 males and 50 females)from the same batch were selected for weekly weight measurement.The Logistic,Von Bertalanffy and Gompertz models were used to analyze the growth data of Yangshan chicken from 0 to 16 weeks of age;400 healthy Yangshan chicken hens from the same batch were selected,and the laying age,weight,and initial egg weight were recorded.The daily egg production of each test hen was recorded from the beginning of laying until 40 weeks of age,and the cumulative egg production data of Yangshan chicken was analyzed using the Logistic,Von Bertalanffy and Gompertz models.The results showed that the Von Bertalanffy model had the highest fitting degree for Yangshan chicken roosters(R2=0.996)and hens(R2=1.000),with the smallest difference from the measured values,and was the most suitable for fitting the growth process of Yangshan chicken.The Von Bertalanffy and Gompertz models had the highest fitting degree for the cumulative egg production of Yangshan chicken(R2=0.996),and the Gompertz model had a smaller difference from the measured values,and was the most suitable for fitting the egg production process of Yangshan chicken.The study showed that the Von Bertalanffy model is suitable for fitting the growth curve of Yangshan chicken,and the Gompertz model is suitable for fitting the cumulative egg production curve of Yangshan chicken,which can provide references for the breeding,feeding management and actual production of this breed.
