试验旨在探究忍冬藤饲用的可能性,通过水煎法获得其提取物,测定其抗菌、抗病毒效果.结果显示,忍冬藤浸提药液中绿原酸含量最高为2.852 mg/g;对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希氏菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC值)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC值)均为500 g/L;对LMH细胞最大安全浓度为3.125 g/L,在此浓度下其不能阻断血清4型禽腺病毒(fowl adenovirus subtype 4,FAdV-4)感染、不能抑制FAdV-4增殖;6.250 g/L忍冬藤药液体外与病毒作用后,对LMH细胞保护率为16.7%,但对病毒滴度的影响与对照组相比无明显差异.研究表明,忍冬藤提取物具有一定的抗菌能力,抗病毒能力测定应筛选生物活性更强的载体进行.

The aim of this study was to investigate the feasibility of using Lonicera japonica Thunb.stem as a feed material.Its extract was obtained by decoction,and its antibacterial and antiviral effects were evaluated.The results showed that the highest content of chlorogenic acid in the aqueous extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb.stem was 2.852 mg/g.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were both 500 g/L.The maximum safe concentration for LMH cells was 3.125 g/L.At this concentration,the extract could neither block infection by fowl adenovirus subtype 4(FAdV-4)nor inhibit the proliferation of FAdV-4.After exposure to 6.250 g/L of the extract in vitro,the protection rate for LMH cells was 16.7%,but there was no significant difference in viral titer compared with the control group.The study indicates that the extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb.stem possesses certain antibacterial activity.For antiviral activity assessment,a carrier with stronger biological activity should be screened.
