牛粪经蚯蚓消解前后理化性质及养分含量的比较研究OA

试验旨在探究蚯蚓消解对牛粪资源化利用的优化效果,以"大平二号"蚯蚓(赤子爱蚯蚓)为处理载体,对比分析经蚯蚓消解前后牛粪理化性质及养分含量的变化差异.结果显示,相比鲜牛粪,蚯蚓处理牛粪极显著降低了其pH值、有机质质量分数(P<0.01),降低了总氮、钾的含量,提高了磷含量.蚯蚓消解的牛粪未检出总镉、总铬、总汞,总砷含量、粪大肠埃希菌群数、氯离子的质量分数低于鲜牛粪,种子发芽指数高于鲜牛粪.研究表明,使用蚯蚓消解牛粪可提升堆肥整体品质,对推动农业资源化循环利用及生态农业发展具有重要意义.

The aim of this experiment was to explore the optimization effect of worm decomposition on the resource utilization of cow manure.Using'Daping No.2'earthworms(Amynthasma inexpectatum)as the treatment carrier,the changes in physical and chemical properties and nutrient contents of cow manure before and after worm decomposition were compared and analyzed.The results showed that compared with fresh cow manure,worm-treated cow manure extremely reduced its pH value,organic matter mass fraction(P<0.01),reduced the contents of nitrogen and potassium,and increased the phosphorus content.The worm-decomposed cow manure did not detect total cadmium,total chromium,total mercury,total arsenic content,fecal Escherichia coli colony count,and the mass fraction of chloride ions were lower than those of fresh cow manure,and the seed germination index was higher than that of fresh cow manure.The study showed that using worm decomposition of cow manure could improve the overall quality of compost,which is of great significance for promoting agricultural resource recycling and the development of ecological agriculture.
