新疆伊犁尼勒克县马流产沙门氏菌血清学调查及防控分析OA
Serological investigation and control analysis of Salmonella abortus equi in Nilka County,Ili,Xinjiang
研究旨在掌握新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州尼勒克县马流产沙门氏菌的感染状况与流行分布.使用马流产沙门氏菌抗体ELISA检测试剂盒,对2025年伊犁哈萨克自治州尼勒克县5个主要乡镇(尼勒克镇、木斯镇、喀拉苏乡、苏布台乡、科克浩特浩尔蒙古族乡)随机采集的120份母马血清样本进行抗原抗体检测和调查.结果显示,尼勒克县马流产沙门氏菌总体血清阳性率为9.17%(11/120).各乡镇马流产沙门氏菌阳性率存在差异,其中木斯镇最高,为12.00%(3/25),科克浩特浩尔蒙古族乡最低,为5.00%(1/20).样本中初产母马马流产沙门氏菌阳性率14.63%(6/41),经产母马阳性率为6.33%(5/79);规模化养殖场阳性率为10.00%(7/70),散养户阳性率为8.00%(4/50).研究表明,马流产沙门氏菌病在尼勒克县政府的重视下得到了很好的预防,但仍散在发生,是导致该地区孕马流产的主要原因之一,对当地马产业的健康发展构成持续威胁.
This study aims to investigate the infection status and epidemiological distribution of Salmonella abortus equi in Nilka County,Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang.Using a Salmonella abortus equi antibody ELISA detection kit,antigen and antibody testing and a survey were conducted on 120 mare serum samples randomly collected in 2025 from five major townships(Nikla Town,Musi Town,Karasu Township,Subutai Township,and Kokhotohor Mongol Township)in Nilka County,Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture.The results showed that the overall seroprevalence of Salmonella abortus equi in Nilka County was 9.17%(11/120).The positive rate varied among townships,with Musi Town having the highest rate at 12.00%(3/25)and Kokhotohor Mongol Township the lowest at 5.00%(1/20).Among the sampled mares,the positive rate for Salmonella abortus equi was 14.63%(6/41)in primiparous mares and 6.33%(5/79)in pluriparous mares;The positive rate was 10.00%(7/70)in intensive farming operations and 8.00%(4/50)in backyard farming operations.This study indicates that Salmonella abortus equi infection has been well prevented in Nilka County due to the attention of the local government,but it still occurs sporadically.It remains one of the main causes of abortion in pregnant mares in the region,posing a continuous threat to the healthy development of the local horse industry.
