1例猫骨肉瘤的诊断与治疗OA

A 2-year-old male cat presented to the hospital with limping on its front limb.Initial palpation did not reveal any obvious abnormalities.It was suspected to have developed local inflammation due to an injury or bump.After taking a multivitamin supplement,the cat was observed further.30 days later,it was found that there was swelling and heat sensation at the proximal end of the left front limb's lower leg.Combined with laboratory and X-ray examinations,it was discovered that there was an abnormal enlargement at the distal end of the radius bone,with the normal bone compactness appearing enlarged,presenting a worm-eaten appearance and having an unclear boundary with the normal muscle tissue.Therefore,the initial diagnosis was radial and ulnar osteosarcoma.After 1 month of conservative treatment,it was decided to perform amputation surgery.The pathological tissue removed was sent for examination,and the final diagnosis was radial and ulnar osteosarcoma.The cat recovered well after the surgical treatment.
