9种牛科动物洞角的红外光谱比较与分析OA
Comparative analysis of infrared spectra of horn sheaths from nine Bovidae species
研究旨在探索野生动物洞角类制品的鉴定方法,为公安机关侦办破坏野生动物资源案件提供关键的技术支持,为野生动物物证鉴定提供基础资料.采用红外光谱技术对9种牛科动物的洞角检材进行了对比研究.结果显示,同一物种角鞘的红外光谱特征较为稳定,同一物种的角鞘和骨心在红外光谱图中的峰位和峰强均存在差异,9种牛科动物角鞘的红外光谱图中吸收峰峰位、峰强、峰形、特征峰等均存在差异.研究表明,可以采用红外光谱技术对9种牛科动物的洞角进行区分.
This study aims to explore the identification methods of wildlife horn capsule products,providing key technical support for the public security organs in investigating cases of destroying wildlife resources,and providing basic data for the identification of wildlife evidence.Infrared spectroscopy technology was used to conduct a comparative study on the test samples of nine species of bovine animal's horn capsules.The results showed that the infrared spectral characteristics of the horn sheaths of the same species were relatively stable,and the peak positions and peak intensities of the horn sheaths and bone cores of the same species in the infrared spectrogram were different.The infrared spectrograms of the horn sheaths of nine species of bovine animals had differences in absorption peak positions,peak intensities,peak shapes,and characteristic peaks.The study shows that infrared spectroscopy technology can be used to distinguish the horn capsules of nine species of bovine animals.
