煤欠氧氧化过程中气体与官能团变化规律OA

Variation laws of gases and functional groups during the hypoxic oxidation of coal

为阐明氧气体积分数对煤氧化过程气体释放与官能团演变的调控机制,采用热重-傅里叶变换红外光谱-质谱联用及原位红外光谱方法,开展21%、10%、5%氧气体积分数下的煤氧化实验研究.研究结果表明:氧气体积分数升高可降低煤氧化各特征温度点,提高最大失重速率;CO、CO2释放量随氧气体积分数升高显著增加,高氧下煤氧化反应启动早且终止快,低氧下反应周期延长;烯烃(C3H6)对氧气体积分数不敏感,可作为低氧环境自燃煤的指示气体;高氧促进含氧官能团循环与烷基侧链断裂,低氧则抑制该过程;氧气体积分数未改变煤氧化本质路径,而是通过调控供氧条件影响反应动力学行为与自燃倾向性.研究结论为煤自燃预警及阻化材料研发提供理论依据.

To elucidate the regulatory mechanism of oxygen volume fraction on gas emission and functional group evolution during coal oxidation,coal oxidation experiments were carried out at 21%,10%,and 5%oxygen volume fractions by using thermogravimetric-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-mass spectrometry(TG-FTIR-MS)and in situ infrared spectroscopy.Results of research demonstrate that increased oxygen volume fraction lowers characteristic temperature points and increases maximum weight loss rates during coal oxidation.CO and CO2 release significantly increases;reactions initiate earlier and terminate faster under high oxygen conditions,while low oxygen prolongs reaction cycles.Ethylene(C3H6)exhibits insensitivity to oxygen volume fraction and can serve as a spontaneous combustion indicator gas in low-oxygen environments.High oxygen promotes oxygen-containing functional group cycling and alkyl side-chain cleavage,while low oxygen inhibits this process.Oxygen volume fraction does not alter the fundamental oxidation pathway of coal but influences reaction kinetics and self-ignition tendency by regulating oxygen supply.These findings provide theoretical support for coal self-ignition early warning systems and the development of inhibition materials.
